Forming a business organization, like a corporation or LLC, requires some navigation and assistance. I assist small business owners in establishing the right legal entity. With the input of a qualified accountant, we collectively determine the right organization, and I take the necessary steps to assist with formation of the entity and advise as to other steps. In complex matters, I am teamed with colleagues to handle due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions.
