What is Complex Litigation?
As a trial attorney, I represent individuals against large corporations. I represent small businesses against other businesses.
In some of these matters, there are a number of hurdles to overcome to win. There may be a need for expert witnesses, court motions, and even focus groups. Some call these types of cases “complex litigation.”
The fact that a recovery may be difficult is not a reason not to explore it. As the Statute of Liberty quote states: “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.” We come to work to help people meet and exceed their burden of proof.
I have had several clients who previously thought that they had no hope. Through careful planning, judicious spending and aggressive representation, I have personally developed and brought those cases to favorable resolution. It takes time, patience, money, close cooperation between Client and Lawyer, and, most of all, a will to win.
Currently, there is a Client whose family told her she did not have a case. Now, after developing the case, the insurance company keeps calling us, trying to settle. In another case, a family had been told that they could not recover for a defective vehicle. We proved otherwise.
Lawsuits involve hurdles. We are here to tell you whether the hurdles can be overcome and, if so, how. If they cannot be, we will tell you that too. Don’t assume that you don’t have a case and don’t be hopeless. Learn whether you have a legal right to recovery.
So, if you think that you could have a case, I would be pleased to sit down with you and talk about how the attorneys at The Seach Law Offices can help. Call us at 570-359-3283.
